First and foremost, the health and safety of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance to us. As a result, things do take a little longer. From the check-in process to getting your shuttle ready, it will take longer than normal. We must sanitize every vehicle every time that vehicle is used to transport guests. We must also make sure that all equipment that is issued has been sanitized. Shuttle capacity is also limited. All these precautions take extra time, but in the long run we feel it is prudent.
Please be advised that all guests will be required to wear a face covering while on property and in the shuttle vehicles. Paddlers will not be required to wear face-covering while on the river. Please keep your face covering dry while on the river as you will be required to wear it on once you return to the office.
If you wish to be on the river at a certain time, please arrive one hour prior so that we can do our best to make that happen.
For the latest COVID-19 policy, updates on river levels and any restrictions that may be in place the day of your trip, please visit our river conditions page in the morning before leaving. During these times it is even more important to check the river conditions page for updates as you may not receive a call informing you of current restrictions. Please be advised that if it is raining/high water on the day of your trip, you have three options: come out and take your trip, call and reschedule your trip, or receive store credit that may be used anytime in the future.
