Our hourly Shenandoah canoeing rentals are perfect for beginners or those with limited time on the river. Trip #1 has become very popular with groups and families alike for its convenience, quick shuttle, easy Class II rapid, beautiful scenery and convenient take out at our base. Hourly trips for paddling he Shenandoah River give you the flexibility to squeeze in a late day paddle or to start early and just let the river float you back. Canoes have long been the favorite watercraft on the Shenandoah river.
As with all our trips it’s not the amount of time you take to complete your trip, it’s the mileage. Customers are allowed to complete their trip at their leisure within our hours of operation.

Important Information
Please note that canoe trips are not guided and the rates are per watercraft. You may put up to three people in a canoe at a time, but two people is strongly recommended. Rates do not include 5.3% Virginia sales tax.
Minimum age of six years old in canoes – no exceptions!
Shoes or sandals with a heel strap are required for all Shenandoah River trips. We do not allow guests to wear flip-flops.
