For decades Front Royal Outdoors has specialized in working with both Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts in organizing and meeting specific trip requirements. From the planning phase through the day of your trip, we work with the leaders to finalize all the details before you arrive so that the day of the trip can be smooth and stress-free for both leaders and scouts. Our packages include all equipment, maps, a riverside briefing, shuttles, and can even be packaged with food from our King’s Eddy Grill. For multi-day trips, camping options include the George Washington National Forest, Shenandoah River State Park, or one of many private riverside campsites. Join us for a memorable adventure and one the scouts will always remember and let us handle the details. Front Royal Outdoors is recognized by the Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital as an outdoor recreation provider and we will work with you to fulfill all of your outdoor recreation requirements.
Discounts on trips for Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops on official troop outings are 20% off for groups of 20 or more.
How to make a group reservation:
- Select a group representative to coordinate the group. Discounts are only applicable when paid as a single payment.
- Determine how many people will be in your party. (Make a note that there are restrictions based on the type of trip selected)
- Decide how much time you would like to spend on the river and pick out a trip from the Trips and Rates page.
- Make an online reservation from our website by clicking the link below or by calling us at 800-270-8808 to speak to someone about your reservation. Waivers can be completed online or in our Front Royal office.
