Multi-Day River Rafting Trips
Where Camping and River Rafting Collide
Our multi-day rafting trips are for adventurous folks looking for the ultimate river rafting and camping experience. Pack your gear and food, arrive at our office and let us handle the details as we shuttle and outfit you for your river tour. Camping options range from primitive style in the backcountry of George Washington National Forest and numerous riverside campgrounds with facilities, to our private Skymont Lodging Facility. While rafts may not be the best choice of watercraft for multi-day trips, they are best suited for those that are concerned with stability, and during times of above normal to high water conditions. For fishermen looking for the most stable watercraft option, rafts are the best choice.
Note that customized, shorter distance trips may be required due to the slower paddling and getting rafts downstream at below normal or low river conditions. As with all our trips it’s not the amount of time you take to complete your trip, it’s the mileage. Customers are allowed to complete their trip at their leisure within our hours of operation.
Please note that rates are per watercraft. You may put up to four people in a 4 person raft and up to six people in a 6 person raft. Rates do not include 5.3% Virginia sales tax.
Minimum age four years old in rafts – no exceptions!
Shoes or sandals with a heel strap are required for all river trips. We do not allow guests to wear flip-flops.Please check out the river conditions page prior to booking to see if there are any trip recommendations.
