A Message To Our Customers About COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to temporarily stop offering river trips and stop public access to our retail store. We will revisit this policy every two weeks to determine the length of this closure and when we can resume river trips and access to our store.

OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE

Our online e-commerce store will remain open. Customers will be able to order products for pick-up at our store or to have shipped to your house. We will also offer free home delivery of watercraft once it is purchased online within a 25-mile radius or half-price shipping if you need the boat shipped outside the 25-mile zone.  On all other products, we will offer free shipping for the month of April. Canoe, Solo Kayak, Tandem Kayak, Fishing Kayak and Paddleboard rental will remain available on a “You-Take-It” basis. Guests will need to reserve, fill out waivers for everyone that will be using the equipment, and pay online from our website. We will have the boats available for pick-up at the time selected outside our office. Please call for long term extended rentals at a greatly discounted rate.

We are also offering a “Two Car Rental Option”. With this option, guests will need to select a trip from our website and reserve online. We’ll then provide guests the directions to the parking area at the take-out landing and the put-in landing. We will meet guests at the put-in, provide the equipment and arrange a pick-up time at the take-out landing where the second car is parked. All waivers and payment must be made online.

Another option available is the “Home Delivery Option”.   With this option, once the reservation, waivers for all people and payment has been made online, we will deliver the boats to your house for the rental period selected.  Please call for long term extended rentals at a greatly discounted rate.

While we may be dealing with uncertain times, that doesn’t mean that your adventurous spirit needs to wait. Our gift cards are available for purchase and can be used throughout the 2020 Shenandoah River Season. For more information on purchasing gift cards, visit our gift cards page.
